How to Use the 404 Annex
Walk-In (No Reservation Needed)
When seating is limited in our main dining room, the 404 Annex is available for groups to use on a first-come, first-served basis. Just ask our staff if the space is available.
Reserved Private Events
Reserve the space in advance for private meetings and events. Reservations include:
✓ Exclusive use of the space during your reserved time
✓ Light food and beverage service
✓ Tables, chairs, and all setup
✓ WiFi access
✓ Staff service and cleanup
Pricing
Private reservations include a rental fee and light food and beverage service. Pricing is based on group size:
Up to 10 people
$30
11-20 people
$50
21-30 people
$75
All reservations include water service, your choice of one beverage (coffee, lemonade, iced tea, or hot tea), and your choice of fresh-baked cookies or breakfast pastries. Additional beverages and catering available.
Payment: 50% deposit at booking, 50% balance due day of event
Cancellation: Full refund with 24+ hours notice

Capacity: Up to 30 people
Available hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily
Minimum reservation: 2 hours
Booking notice: At least 48 hours in advance (24 hours may be available)
