There are many stages in a foundry between melting and finishing, and without good quality control and superior ingredients throughout, problems can happen. At the Foundry Bakehouse and Deli, you’ll find that we only use quality meats (like Boar’s Head), premium cheeses, homemade bread and other fresh, crisp ingredients to ensure your sandwich is cast in the best light possible.

Sweets and baked goods

Our bakery is a ballad of honoring Albion’s past: the things that grew Albion and made Albion special. It’s history so fresh you can taste it, like buttery baguettes, mouth-watering muffins, delicious cakes and donuts and of course, healthy and wholesome homemade bread.
