The hurdles to opening a bakery were numerous. No other bakeries across Michigan wanted to take the risk of opening in Albion. So, we did, and the Foundry BakeHouse and Deli was born. In honor of our 3-year anniversary, we will be celebrating all week with Foundry specials. Thanks to our great community for helping us make this happen!
